Comment
This is the peatiest whisky we have EVER released. Peated three times with peat from Pete's Parawa property, aged in an ex-port cask for a shade under 4 years. We think it drinks exceptionally well at 63% and held it's own when benchmarked against some high end Islay samples. Pete's peat is quite different to Scottish peat, defiantly more on the palate than the nose. More earthy, less medicinal.
