The original Talamara homestead on the land at Parawa on the Fleurieu Peninsula is where we source our peat for Talamara. The gentle and subtle smoke notes pair well with the more savoury notes and some hints of stone fruit that are hard to beat as a winter warmer, especially around the camp fire.
